1. No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and health protocols, all sales are final. Once a program or product has been purchased and/or shipped, no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-refundable health program and/or dietary supplements.

2. The "20-Pound Guarantee"

We stand behind our 6-Week Rapid Weight Loss Reset and Complete Metabolic Health Program with a conditional performance guarantee. If you do not lose at least 20 lbs within the 6-week protocol period, you may be eligible for a store credit of $879 to be used for other services or products.

This is NOT a cash refund. To qualify for this credit, you must strictly adhere to the following compliance requirements:

• Mandatory Orientation: You must complete the full Customer Orientation prior to starting the program.
• 100% Check-In Compliance: You must complete every required weekly check-in (via the provided digital form or app) for the full 6-week duration.
• Protocol Adherence: You must follow the prescribed dietary and supplementation protocol as directed.

Fit for Life Transformations provides weight loss and metabolic health coaching. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided is for educational purposes only.

You should consult with a physician before beginning this or any other weight loss program, especially if you have active medical conditions (including but not limited to gallbladder issues).

4. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida.
